Having a personal brand is what differentiates you from others, it is the words that people would use to describe you. The pitfall that many fall into, is focuses only on the personal brand and not on the work that they are doing. Creating a facade of success instead of creating success. People are pretty good at seeing through facades and you don’t have to remember the lie you told if you just tell the truth. Be authentic and focus on what you do best and you will find that your work, and personal brand will build simultaneously.
