Jeffery is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience, launching and guided businesses.  He is the founder of Profit Prophet, a strategic consultancy that helps companies grow, attract new customers, and become more profitable by perfecting their business execution and plans and honing their sales and marketing strategy. His newest endeavor is Well Beyond Care, which is an online caregiving agency.



What is one trait you possess that makes you an effective leader?

 

Realistic optimism; I know I can’t fly without wings, but it won’t stop me from flying. Knowing that you have limitations and being happy with them; Find your niche.



How do you challenge yourself to overcome naysayers?

 

Don’t give up, it is in you!

 

What routine do you have in the morning that you attribute to daily success?

 

Making the bed. Do an accomplishment that you can check off everyday.

 

If you could go back in time, what is one piece of advice you would give to a younger you?

 

Take more chances earlier. Time is the most precious thing we have, so take advantage of it.

 

What inspires you?

 

Not being good enough and constantly striving to become the best version of of himself.
